INSTRUCTIONS ON USE
When you click
through to the property pages further click on any property photo to show
individual details, including more photos, rental charges and
availability. All accommodation prices are in Euros per week, but we
accept sterling at the bank exchange rate available when the payment falls
due. Sterling equivalent is currently calculated as £1 = 1.10€.
Although our availability is
updated as soon as we make a reservation, best to email and check just in
case we've been too busy to update immediately!
Houses are
only visited by us at the beginning and not inspected annually; therefore
the information given in the text is as found on that initial inspection.
Any changes after that time are the responsibility of the owner to inform
us.
BOOKING FEE per house booked payable with deposit only 22€
(£20)
Please
note that your contract will be between the property owner and yourself,
with SBC acting as intermediary.
