Set in a rural and beautiful part of the countryside this is an ideal base for families looking to explore Brittany and the south west France. Situated in a complex of 4 properties all with ample garden space between them, making it a very tranquil place to relax and enjoy your holiday. The cottage has its own terrace area and spacious landscaped gardens.

The cottage with two bedrooms on the first floor - one with double bed and the other with two single beds and space for a cot. There is a bathroom with hand basin, bath (shower over) and toilet.

Downstairs the large lounge has a sitting and dining area plus a kitchen which has ample cupboard space, cooker, fridge and microwave. TV with English channels, and DVD player. In addition to the landscaped gardens and the private terrace outside the cottage, the complex boasts a shared swimming pool, with decked area ideal for sunbathing and a great children's play area.

There is no shortage if things to do and when you are needing a break from the sightseeing there are plenty of things to keep you occupied at the complex so if you are not by the pool the alternative is that there are several board, lawn and family games which are available on site as well as an outdoor table-tennis table, to keep you amused.

The property is midway between the lovely medieval town of Dinan and the old town Combourg, and not far from the wonderful beaches of Ille et Vilaine and the Cote d'Armor. The town of St. Malo is less than 30 minutes away and the famous Mont St. Michel is less than an hours drive. Attractions for the family such as the Aquarium, Water Parks and the Zoo are within close proximity.
