This lovely detached holiday home is well situated for touring the beautiful region of Brittany.

The property benefits from a well equipped kitchen, with a breakfast table. The well appointed and comfortable living room is ideal for relaxing, there is a TV, Video player, radio and CD player, the open plan room also has a dining room table and chairs which will seat 4 people for meal times.

The property boasts two bedrooms one with a double bed and one with twin beds, there is a shower room and separate toilet. This property benefits from central heating.

Outside there is a private garden with garden furniture and a barbeque which is ideal for outdoor dining. If you feel like taking in some french countryside there are also some bicycles handy if you want to take a ride to the nearby shops or just explore the area and  its a great way to get some fresh air and take in the scenery.

One hour from the coast and 15 minutes from Lake Guerlédan, offering swimming and watersports. For those who enjoy walking, the Gorges Corong is 4km away, and close by is the Nantes-Brest Canal - the towpath is a joy for cyclists. Three large supermarkets and several restaurants within easy walking distance.
