This two bedroom apartment above the owners ground floor residence has its own private side entrance, own private garden and exclusive use of the 10x5m heated pool (open May - September). 

Outside there is also a covered summer kitchen beside the pool.  All set on the outskirts of the village of Evriguet, which is about 15-20 minutes from Josselin.  BBQ and garden furniture also available.

         

It has two double bedrooms, an open plan kitchen/dining and a brand new modern shower room with multi-jet massage shower. The bedroom furniture is new and comfortable.  The kitchen has gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, kettle, toaster etc.  There is also two TV sets and DVD players, and a CD music player.   There is a washing machine which is available for your use via the owner.

The owners speak English, French, German, Dutch and Spanish.  Guilliers is the nearest town with large supermarket and usual complement of shops, and is around 3kms from the village.  Bed and kitchen linen provided and towels are available to hire from the owners.
