This beautiful cottage is situated in a complex with 5 other properties in the region of Cotes d'Armor near the coast. It has an open plan design downstairs for the kitchen, dining and living room which gives the feeling of more light and space. There is a TV in the Lounge and a wood burning stove should you need any additional heating. There is a shower room and toilet situated on the ground floor.

Upstairs are the 2 well appointed bedrooms one is a double room and the other sleeps 3 people with a single bed and bunk bed.

Out to the front of the property there is a lovely landscaped garden which is ideal for sitting out in the sun and relaxing or entertaining space for a BBQ.

The advantage of being in a complex is that there are many facilities to keep you entertained including a heated outdoor swimming pool, a sauna, children's play area with Swings, and apple orchard and finally an indoor games area which has a pool table and table tennis and other children's toys

The stunning beaches are nearby with St Michel en Greves approx 1km away and Locquirec beach and harbour  in close proximity the cottage is only 35 minutes from Roscoff and 2 hours from St Malo.
