The Cottage is situated in pretty countryside, 10 minutes drive south of the picturesque medieval town of Dinan and approx. 30 minutes drive from the North Brittany coast. It has three spacious bedrooms and sleeps up to 6. The accommodation is very comfortable and the area has lots to offer, whether you want to wine and dine, explore or just sit and relax watching the local wildlife.
click on pictures to enlarge On The Ground Floor there is a spacious and comfortable lounge with oak beamed ceiling and a log burning fire. There is also a lovely kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge and microwave and the utility room has a washing machine, there is also a downstairs toilet. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, twin bedroom and a shower room with toilet, in the attic room there is another twin bedroom also with shower room and toilet. The property overlooks open countryside to the front and side. There is an enclosed courtyard and gardens to the front and rear. Garden furniture and BBQ are provided.
The nearest village is 5 minutes drive by car and there you will find a baker grocer and chemist, the nearest supermarket is approximately 10 minutes away by car. Also nearby is an open air swimming pool and equestrian centre. Beautiful, unspoilt, sandy beaches of N. Brittany coast, half an hour away. Water sports available in summer, coastal walks or just lap up the sun!
Visit the pretty, medieval town of Dinan, famous for its cobbled streets, picturesque old buildings and lovely old port by the river Rance. Also great market! Lots of pretty walks alongside river Rance. Beautiful and unusual town of Mont St. Michel is well worth a visit, or experience the pleasures of the old walled town of St. Malo. Just outside St. Malo, there is an excellent, modern aquarium, which will delight children and adults alike. For golf enthusiasts, there are courses at Dinard and St. Malo. LOCATION MAP
