The Cottage offers an entrance-hall, corner kitchen, which has all the facilities you need including, hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and toaster. The dining area is spacious and the lounge is comfortable with a settee/bed and armchairs TV and DVD access to both English and French channels, granite fireplace with a wood burning fire, there is also a washroom/toilet on the ground floor.

Upstairs offers 1 double bedroom, one with twin beds and a 3rd bedroom with bunk beds. One bathroom has bath & basin whilst the other has shower, basin & toilet. There is a also a separate toilet.

With central heating and also a wood burner this will make ideal holiday accommodation all year.

There is access to an indoor pool, which is great for all weather, there is a sliding roof to convert to an open air pool. Outside there wooden patio furniture, BBQ equipment, a grassed area for ball games, table tennis, a great children's play area with swings and sandpit.

The nearest village is only 2 km away here there is a supermarket, bakeries, restaurant, pizzeria, and a few bars. Located only 10 kms from the historic town of Dinan, and the fabulous beaches of Cotes D'Armor only 20 kms away this cottage is ideally located for all the great tourist attractions.
