Situated in the beautiful region of Cotes d'Armor near the stunning and tranquil coast of Brittany is where you will find the property which is situated in a complex with 5 other properties but still has a good sized secluded garden ideal for hosting a BBQ or relaxing in the sun.

Downstairs is a spacious and well furnished open plan living and dining room with a wood burning stove and a well equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher and microwave.   One of the double bedrooms is also situated downstairs along with a corner bath and toilet.

Upstairs leads to the other double bedroom and the third bedroom has 2 bunk beds sleeping 4 people, with separate shower room and toilet.

This property can be inter-connected with neighbouring property to accommodate up to 15 people (see Property Ref: BCC1036)

Guest staying on the complex have access to many facilities on site which include the use of the outdoor heated swimming pool, the new sauna, children's play area with swings, indoor games room with table tennis and pool table and children's toys. There is also an apple orchard on the grounds which you are free to explore.

The stunning beaches are nearby with St Michel en Greves approx 1km away and Locquirec beach and harbour  in close proximity the cottage is only 35 minutes from Roscoff and 2 hours from St Malo.
