The ground floor features a separate lounge, with wood-burning stove, all downstairs rooms have partially exposed granite walls and beamed ceilings. There is a TV which can receive a range of channels (all BBC, ITV and free Sky channels) Guests who have a "Sky" card can use this to obtain subscription channels. There is also a selection of board games and books.

Also on the ground floor is a double and twin bedroom and bathroom. On the first floor is a three bedded room with a double and single bed. Headroom in this bedroom is restricted at one side although there is full headroom at the other end. The room is probably more suitable for children.
click on picture to enlarge Outside is a 10 metre heated, covered swimming pool, which is shared with 3 other properties in the same complex, there is also a boules pitch and paved basket ball area. The swimming pool is available to guests between 8.30am. and 8pm (strict safety rules apply). The pool is fully alarmed for safety/security and guests are supplied with their own key to ensure children do not use the pool unsupervised.

There is a large parking area and a shared laundry room with automatic washing machine and tumble drier. Each house also has its own rotary clothes line. The sandy beaches of St Efflam and St Michel-en-Greve are about a 15 minutes drive away.
