The Farm House is situated in the beautiful Northern Brittany Countryside and can comfortably accommodate seven adults and a child, using either a cot or a "fold-up" bed in a parents bedroom.

The property was a former farm that has been converted into holiday accommodation and is situated in about 1.25 acres. It is surrounded by farm land and small woods. The property comprises two detached and two semi-detached houses: parts are reputed to date back to 15th century.

There is a spacious lounge/dining area (with large open fireplace) opening on to a well equipped kitchen.

There is a TV which can receive a range of channels (all BBC, ITV and free Sky channels) Guests who have a "Sky" card can use this to obtain subscription channels. There is also a selection of board games and books.

The kitchen is equipped with gas hob, electric oven, American style fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, micro-wave and the usual range of small kitchen appliances. The house has been tastefully renovated to retain many of the original features, including exposed granite walls, beamed ceilings and huge stone fireplaces.

On the first floor are four bedrooms, one double with a four-poster bed and en-suite facilities, two twin rooms, a single and a bathroom. All bedrooms have exposed beams and "Velux" type double glazed roof windows.

Outside is a 10 metre heated, covered swimming pool, which is shared with 3 other properties in the same complex, there is also a boules pitch and paved basket ball area.

The swimming pool is available to guests between 8.30a.m. and 8 p.m (strict safety rules apply). The pool is fully alarmed for safety/security and guests are supplied with their own key to ensure children do not use the pool unsupervised.

Each house has its own private lawned area, patio furniture and barbecue. There is also an extensive shared grassed area for playing on.

There is a large parking area and a shared laundry room with automatic washing machine and tumble drier. Each house also has its own rotary clothes line.

Location

Situated in the beautiful north Brittany countryside and a 4 kilometre drive from the small town of Plouaret. The sandy beaches of St Efflam and St Michel-en-Greve are about a 15 minutes drive away. The Granite Rose coast, with its stunning rock formations, beaches and bays is about about 30/35 minutes away and can be reached quickly and easily.
