A traditional stone farmhouse which is situated in a hamlet in its own quiet corner of pretty French countryside.  This property has the best of both worlds as well as its countryside location it is within close proximity to some stunning beaches.

With its beamed country interior with antique Breton furniture. There is a spacious kitchen dining area, the kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, the dining table seats up to 8 people, the french windows lead out to the garden and patio where there is also a BBQ area.

The sunny living room has views over the fields, there is an open fireplace, comfortable seating with TV and DVD Player there are also books, games, toys, videos, CD's, and local maps to help you make the most of your stay.

On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms and 4 bunks (travel cot available). The main bedroom has antique country furniture and ensuite shower room. Another bedroom has 2 bunk beds sleeping 4 people. The second smaller double bedroom is situated next to the bathroom which has a full size bath/shower, toilet and wash hand basin.

There is also an attic room with a games room for table tennis and darts. There is a further shower room on this floor and toilet. Also available are supplementary beds in the eaves (by arrangement with owners*): 2 single supplementary beds on low storage holds and 1 double bed on suspended floor reached by ladder

Outside there is plenty of grassed area for ball games there are swings on the apple tree, and oaks lead down to a copse. The patio is perfect for barbecues in the back garden, while the front has convenient space for parking.

Just a short drive from the cottage are some of the region's best sights.

Dinan has pretty cobbled streets winding down to the river where you can take a boat to Dinard. Climb the castle ramparts overlooking the Rance valley. Drink, eat at terrace cafés, crêperies and restaurants. St-Malo is an old port with a history of pirates and war. Stroll the citadel walls and alleys with restaurants and shops. Visit the Grand Aquarium. Chateau Bourbansais. Meet the animals in its zoo park and garden. Rennes, Brittany¹s capital has a historic market square of black and white medieval buildings. Shop on the quaint streets and grand boulevards. Le Mont St-Michel. Climb the mount of the most famous island abbey.
