This can be described as a luxury cottage. Downstairs is creatively decorated with terracotta tiled floors, granite fireplace and a wood burning stove , The fitted kitchen has all the appliances you will need including a hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and microwave. The dining area is spacious as is the lounge which also has TV with English and French channels. There is also a washroom downstairs. With c/h & woodburner this will make ideal holiday accommodation all year.

On the first-floor there are 2 spacious en-suite double bedrooms. The upper-floor with its low level beams is furnished with 2 single beds and a full size settee bed. It has its own en-suite bathroom with French-style bath, bidet etc.

There is access to an indoor pool, which is great for all weather, there is a sliding roof to convert to an open air pool. Outside there wooden patio furniture, BBQ equipment, a grassed area for ball games, indoor table tennis, a great children's play area with swings and sandpit.

The nearest village is only 2 km away here there is a supermarket, bakeries, restaurant, pizzeria, and a few bars. Located only 10 kms from the historic town of Dinan, and the fabulous beaches of Cotes D'Armor only 20 kms away this cottage is ideally located for all the great tourist attractions.
