This lovely farmhouse is set in a 36 acre farm lying in the heart of rural Brittany, the north west corner of France.
The farm was given it’s name about a century ago because it overlooks a typical Breton Valley scattered with small hamlets, unspoilt by time & modernisation

It sleeps 8 plus baby upstairs & there is a bed settee in the lounge for 2 more. It is the ideal size for the larger family, extended family or two families holidaying together.

Inside is a large living area. The comfortable lounge snuggles round the wood burner great for curling up with a book. The dining end supports are large wooden table, big enough for 10 people ideal for family board games as well as meals!

The large airy kitchen is through a door off the dining area, with all facilities as the gîte with the added luxury of a dishwasher. Leading out past the lobby & backdoor is a downstairs bathroom. A full sized bath with shower attachment, toilet, bidet & washbasin.

The staircase rises out of the living area to a landing with 5 doors. There are 4 bedrooms and 1 shower room with toilet and wash basin.

Bedroom Layout:-

Bedroom one sleeps 2 people; with twin beds.

Bedroom 2 sleeps 3; with a double bed and a single bed.

Bedroom 3 sleeps 1; with a single bed.

Bedroom 4 sleeps 2. with a double room for a cot.

          
The final room is the shower room with toilet & a basin
All beds are ready to sleep in, with sheets, pillowcases & duvet covers all supplied.

The farmhouse is south facing, overlooking the courtyard & at the bottom of the garden is the swimming pool (Heated from May - September).

Guests are welcome to help on the farm, feeding chickens, ducks, pigs, rabbits, goats, sheep & cows. Helping at lambing times, milking the goats, collecting eggs or haymaking. Pony & trap rides and other horses can give the whole family an outing to the next village to discover some of the history and roman remains of the region. There is a Children's Play Area Swings, slide, and sand pit, buckets & spades, seesaw for children adults - it's all here to play with Boules Court & Table Tennis.

Situated on the border of the Côtes D’Armor & the Morbihan regions, 8 miles south of the small market town of Rostrenen, "The Cross-roads of Brittany", Belle Vue provides an ideal base for a tranquil holiday, accessible from the main ferry ports in a few hours.
