This newly extended, detached well presented 4 Bedroom cottage is situated in a complex with 5 other properties. Set in the region of Cotes d'Armor near the beautiful beaches of the Brittany coastline.

The newly fitted hand made kitchen has all the appliances you could need including a dishwasher, cooker and washing machine all utensils are supplied. The open plan lounge and dining room is spacious and airy with large french windows leading to the patio and BBQ area which overlooks the apple orchards.

Downstairs there is one double bedroom with a shower room and toilet adjacent, upstairs there are 3 further bedrooms one double and the other 2 rooms have a single bed and bunk bed each sleeping 3 people.

The advantage of being in a complex is that there are many facilities to keep you entertained including a heated outdoor swimming pool, a sauna, children's play area with Swings, and apple orchard and finally an indoor games area which has a pool table and table tennis and other children's toys

The stunning beaches are nearby with St Michel en Greves approx 1km away and Locquirec beach and harbour  in close proximity the cottage is only 35 minutes from Roscoff and 2 hours from St Malo.
