We specialise in Properties in Northern Brittany

Situated in the peaceful countryside of rural Brittany. The property is midway between the lovely medieval town of Dinan and the old town Combourg, and not far from the wonderful beaches.

On the ground floor is the large lounge area through to the dining area with large wooden table and sitting area by the fire place with Sofas and armchairs. The property also has TV with English channels. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with all the usual amenities including a dishwasher. The kitchen leads out to the spacious patio and garden area.

The property is one of 4 within a complex and has shared access to a large swimming pool and children's play area.

          

There are three bedrooms on the first floor - two with double bed and the third with twin beds. The main bedroom has a mezzanine bedroom, with entrance on the second floor, with three single beds. Also on the second floor is the fourth double bedded room.

  

For our younger visitors we have a separate play area boosting swings, slide and a sand pit. Its location ensures minimum disruption to other guests, yet allows for maximum supervision by parents. The swimming pool and its terrace are the ideal spot for sunbathing or enjoying that evening barbecue. Seating is provided both on the terraced area outside the fence as around the pool itself. Swimming pool is 10 x 5 mmetres and is 1.2 meters deep, so younger visitors need to be supervised. For their comfort and enjoyment we have added a separate paddling pool.

The property is not far from the wonderful beaches of Ill et Vilaine and the Cote d'Armor. The town of St. Malo is less than 30 minutes away and the famous Mont St. Michel is less than an hours drive. Set in the heart of the country, making an ideal place for enjoying a relaxing holiday, it is also close to local attractions which attract many holiday maker such as a water park nearby and a zoo.

All beds are provided with pillows and duvets.
Linen packs are available at £5 (approx 5.50 Euros) per person and include bed linen and a towel set (hand and bath towel).
Beach towels are available at £2 (approx 2.20 Euros)per towel.
