Situated in the beautiful region of Cotes d'Armor near the stunning and tranquil coast of Brittany is where you will find the lovely detached property which has 6 good sized bedrooms there is also a day room with TV which can be converted into a seventh bedroom by using the sofa bed, allowing it to sleep 14 people comfortably.

Downstairs the lounge and dining room are open plan with a large wood burning stove, and the kitchen is fully equipped with the usual utensils, such as pots, crockery and cutlery appliances include a dishwasher, washing machine, cooker and microwave. off the hallway there is a day room with TV and VCR this room can double as a 7th bedroom if required.

Upstairs the 4 main double bedrooms are situated 2 of which have there own ensuite shower room, in total there is one bath, 3 showers and 3 toilets. A further set of stairs leading to the top of the house accommodates 2 further rooms one is a twin room and and the other with bunk beds and there is also shower room and toilet located on this  floor.

The cottage is in a complex on which there are 5 other properties but as the complex is set in over 2 acres of land so there is still plenty of privacy and the property has its own enclosed garden with a BBQ.

The property has access to the outdoor heated swimming pool, sauna, apple orchards, play area with swings, indoor games room which has a pool table, table tennis and children's toys

The stunning beaches are nearby with St Michel en Greves approx 1km away and Locquirec beach and harbour  in close proximity the cottage is only 35 minutes from Roscoff and 2 hours from St Malo.
