The 3 bedrooms share a large bathroom with toilet, bath and shower.
It is fully equipped for up to 12 dining places and has a full range gas cooker, microwave and combined fridge-freezer. A log burning stove is available for heating in cooler weather.
The lounge has an open log fire with a cooking grill for indoor bbq.
The Farmhouse is suitable for large families or parties of up to 4, 8 or 12 adults and children.

Property Ref: BCC1051 is next door to Property Ref: BCC1050, the property has 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with shared en suite shower and wc. On the ground floor is a spacious lounge with a newly fully-fitted kitchen with a gas hob area with an open heath log fire which can be used for off season rentals.
The house sleeps 4 and also has sofabed in lounge and a dinning table to seat 4 in the lounge/kitchen area.
Both properties are South facing and are converted farmhouses overlooking shared 150ft garden with farmland beyond. All linen is provided with exception of towels and is changed weekly if staying for 2 or more weeks.
There are a selection of board games, books, satellite tv, video player, pool table and 3 bicycles are available for use upon request.
The large shared garden is ideal for outdoor games and bbqs.

per day) and some of the most beautiful beaches in
Brittany. One mile from shops in St-Pierre-de-Plesguen
and approximately 3 miles from the beautiful medieval
town of Dinan.
It is also well suited for golf parties
Location & Activities
Although there is a bar in St-Pierre-de-Plesguen which serves meals at lunchtime, the nearest restaurants are in Dinan and La-Vicompte-sur-Rance. There is every variety in Dinan whilst the Effet Mer in La Vicomte, serves very good rustic French food at affordable prices
The hamlet of La Coupaudais lies between St-Pierre and Dinan on the edge of a large forest in which walks can be taken. The North Brittany beaches are a 40 minute drive away. The garden is south facing with a barbecue patio sunshaded by fruit trees, and is large enought for junior football and there is an outdoor badminton set with rackets. A pool table is available in the lounge and there are many books and boardgames for those few days when it rains. The house is part of a twin gite development with a 2 bedroom conversion by the same owner next door. The local village of St-Pierre has a Shopi mini supermarket for most needs, a pharmacy, butcher, garages, petrol station and cash dispenser. There are 3 major hypermarkets, Leclerc in Dinan, Cora and Carrefour in St Malo
