This charming detached Neo Breton house set in the renowned beauty spot Nr Lannion in the Cotes D'Armor with it's little chapel, sandy coves and superb views of the coastline. The house is 5 minutes walk from the headland and the coastline in this area is at times dramatic and at times lush and beautiful. A short drive takes you to the beaches of Beg Leguer and the other beautiful sandy beaches of the Pink Granite coast. There are also many local towns and villages to explore nearby which are very interesting to visit. Lannion 10 minutes drive with its excellent shops, large Thursday street market and numerous restaurants. There is fishing, riding, good walking, cycling, land yachting and sailing available in the local area. There is also 4 bikes (Gents, Ladies and two childrens) which can be used free of charge, on which one can explore the countryside.
Ground Floor: Lounge/Diner with French doors opening onto large terrace and garden. Fully equipped kitchen including Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Oven and Microwave. Utility room with washing machine. WC with washbasin.
First Floor: 3 Bedrooms (1 Double, 1 Twin and 1 with Bunk beds), Bathroom with toilet and shower over bath.
The house now benefits from having Free Sat TV which receives a very wide range of English TV channels. We also now have 3 child stair gates, Travel cot and highchair Electric heating. Large lawned garden to the rear with second patio area under the trees. Private gravelled driveway for 3 cars. Garden furniture and BBQ. The rear garden is mostly lawned and surrounded by oak trees. The terrace is elevated and looks out over the garden. The lounge opens via French doors onto a sun terrace, which is in the sun for the majority of the day.There is also a second patio area at the end of the garden which is sunny until late evening.
LOCATION Le Yaudet is situated on the Cotes D'Armor, which is approximately 50minutes drive from Roscoff and 10mins drive West from Lannion. The beach at Le Yaudet is within walking distance from the house and is accessed via steps from the headland. The area is very quiet and unpsoilt, there are no shops or bars. The area is perfect for walking and cycling abd there are many sign posted coastal walks and paths to be explored.
